Since its debut in 1997, the FC has continuously evolved in pursuit of outstanding carving performance while maintaining its freestyle DNA.
Its defining feature is the Semi Hammer Head shape, which provides a longer effective edge relative to the board's overall length. While this design is slightly less agile than a traditional round nose at very low speeds, it delivers exceptional edge hold and remarkable stability throughout turns.
Rather than adopting a full hammerhead profile, the FC retains the freedom and versatility essential for freestyle riding, striking an ideal balance between carving precision and playful maneuverability—one of the key reasons for its enduring popularity.
The FC is the board of choice for Masashi Takiguchi, back-to-back 2022 and 2023 SAJ All Japan Snowboard Technical Championships Freestyle Men's Champion, as well as Minori Yoshimura, the current three-time SAJ All Japan Snowboard Technical Championships Freestyle Women's Champion.
Starting with the 2025–2026 model, every size features a premium Titanal top sheet. By refining the board's flex balance, the latest FC offers enhanced control while delivering a smooth, damp, and luxurious ride that inspires confidence in every turn.
