🚫 No Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind about a product.

Please choose carefully before placing your order. We recommend reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and specifications thoroughly.


🛠 Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your product:

  • Is faulty or defective,
  • Was damaged during delivery,
  • Does not match the description,
  • Cannot be used for its intended purpose, or
  • Does not meet reasonable durability expectations,

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

📦 Returns Shipping
  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

🗓️ Late or Missing Refunds

📦 Out-of-Stock & Cancelled Orders

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
