Use a flexible tape measure to wrap around the largest circumference of your head, positioning it approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm) above your eyebrows and keeping it level.
If you do not have a flexible tape measure, wrap a piece of string around your head using the same method, then measure the string with a ruler.
Measure around the widest part of your head, keeping the tape measure snug but not overly tight, and measure at least twice to ensure accuracy.
Compare your measurement in centimeters (cm) with the manufacturer's helmet size chart to determine the appropriate size; if between sizes, refer to sizing recommendations or preferred fit.
